Job Description : I am an electricalengg. graduate from IIT roorkee.Ijoined Tata Steel as GT in 1968. Iworked for about 11 years in Electical Power department speciallising in repair of electical motors and other heavy electrical machines.Then Iworked for 2 years in Stores department. In 1984 I went to Bearings division as Head of purchase and stores and came back to Stores department in 1987. In 1996 I was transferred to Purchase deprtment as Head Purchase.Again I came back to Stores department as Head in 1999.Iwas transferred to Purchase as Head MRO procurement in 2004.There after I retired as Head MRO proc. in 2007..
