I am a Electronics Engineer (first class) from Pune University with Master of business Administration ( M.B.A). My 17 year work experience includes Project Management (from conception of idea to plant commissioning) with large, professionally managed organisations in Electrical & Electronics Test & Measuring industries having all customers from Germany, United Kingdom,Denmark, Switzerland, India, New Zealand,Austrilia Etc.


Currently, I am working as Joint GM-Research & Development with a 100 % Export Oriented unit company ,handling team of 25 Hardware & Software engineers In INDIA .Also having in depth experience in various departments like- Quality, Engineering, purchase ,production , Vendor development and international marketing.

I have handled many technical collaboration with German, UK & Swiss companies as a Project manager successfully. This was involving the understanding the manufacturing processes, quality norms, different Type approval for different countries, cost reduction for better price to Indian customers etc.


In parallel to handling collaboration with the world leading companies having in depth experience for Complete Product development including the plastic & punched components, electronics parts to compete the world market.

I am having two patents applied for the Digital Clamp ON multi meters,

I am having detail Knowledge of German Language, passed Basic course of German language from Gothe Institute , Germany.

Traveled to Germany(9 times), swiss( 4 times),itealy, UK( 3 times), singapore, isarel,thailand ,france,slovakiya etc .
