Job Description :  Having sound Knowledge of repair, overhauling & maintenance of mechanical rotating & Static equipments such as Centrifugal Pumps, Positive displacement pump, Compressor (Centrifugal, Reciprocating, and Screw etc), Gear box, Coupling, Air cooled Exchanger(Fin fan) , Blower, Valve, Exchanger(Plate & Frame, Shell & Tube type),Coloumn,Vessel, Tank etc.
 Perform Alignment for rotating equipments using Rim & Face method or Reverse Indicator method as applicable.
 Capable of producing design Calculation, document review and vendor design evaluation.
 Familiar with relevant design & API codes and proficient in interpreting performance curves for rotating machinery equipment.
 Ability of assembling & de-assembling of coupling, pinion, friction and anti friction bearing with proper tolerance, fits, clearance and adjustment wherever necessary.
 To read, check and set the precision & non-precision tools like steel rule, caliper, micrometer, Vernier caliper, depth micrometer, bore gauge, combination set, dial test indicator, feeling gauge, surface gauge, etc.
 Doing preventive planned, assembling, dismantling, alignment, trouble shooting and maintenance of different types of Pumps, Electrical motors, Gear box, Compressor etc.
 Having knowledge of monitoring, Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Total predictive maintenance.
 Having inspection field of Rotating equipment and machinery such as, compressors, turbines, pumps, blowers, etc in petrochemical industries.
 Having knowledge of safety in Petrochemical Industry.
 To attend Breakdown maintenance, Trouble shooting, Emergency repairs and overhauling of rotating equipments as per the instruction of senior engineer/Supervisor.
 All the jobs handle with proper documentation and reporting to the superiors’ and receive advices from them for completing the job at the earliest time.
 To achieve works in the field of maintenance by working in an aggressive team oriented environment by all safety required to complete the job with the help of skilled team.
 Able to read and interpret equipment drawing , P & ID, Process Flow Diagram etc of Plant & Process line etc and equipment, components & parts & also having a free hand sketch of simple component.
 Having involvement to work on mechanical work at the time of plat construction, commissioning, pre-commissioning, and plant startup with the commissioning team.
 Able to check the Vibration, speed, and temperature of rotating equipment.
 Beside for this job I have also a knowledge and experience of industrial Safety and how to implement the unsafe activity and condition, also in hot work, working at height, confined space etc
 Having maintain a good housekeeping before and after the work while doing the job on the site
 Having knowledge to follow all the Sabic standard safety (SHEM), and follow the all safety precaution related to work before starting or while starting the job until finished.
 Having knowledge of Logout & Tag out.
 Having knowledge of Work permit system.
 To do the job under the responsibility till the completion with following the job procedure and safety rules by the standards.
 Having knowledge of AutoCAD 2D as well as 3D.
