Summary:  Over 9 years of Experience in the field of Law with District courts and High Courts, reputed firms/ companies and have been responsible for drafting all kind of litigation petitions, notice, complaints, agreements, undertaking, MOU etc. Having sound knowledge and expertise in various fields of law inclusive of Commercial Law, Property Law and Intellectual Property Right apart from being hard working, sincere, determined and persistent.
A strategic thinker, analytical ability, customer orientation. Ability to draft all types of agreements, Suits, Notices, and close complex Agreements independently. Well conversant with various legal processes including handling of commercial, civil matters, pursuing/ defending matters in High Courts, Criminal & Civil Courts, Consumer Forums etc., drafting affidavits, replies, preparing briefs for advocates etc. Extremely strong organizational and inter personal skills.
