Summary:  Myself, Suresh Savaliya’ have completed my CS’2000 from ICSI. I hold master degree of laws (LL.m.) in Commercial laws, LL.B. in Taxation, and LL.B. (Spl.) from Gujarat University. I have done my B.Com in accounts and audits.

I am having 12 years of vast and versatile experience in the field of inter alia Corporate laws, Company secretarial, statutory compliance, regulatory affairs and Legal matters.

Received prize for University First in the subject of “Economics” in B.Com. from Bhavnagar University.

Received 9th Rank in Bhavnagar University in B.Com.

My Articles, views, answers published in the monthly journal “Chartered Secretary” published by ICSI, New Delhi, 'The Journal of Chartered Accountants' published by ICAI, New Delhi and also contributed to knowledge eminent portals.

Received GLS prize for M.N. Law College (Guj. Uni.) First in First LL.B.

Elected as a C.R. in M.N. Law College, Ahmedabad in the First LL.B.

Received prize of Lions club of Bhavnagar (west) for First rank in “Essay writing”.

I am having more than 12 years of post qualification experience inter alia in the following areas

Compliance with SEBI Regulations, Take over code, Listing Agreements with Stock Exchanges, Companies Act and other allied Laws, Rules and Regulations.

To set standards for compliance and legal process to make an organization fully compliant.

Evaluation of investment in shares, securities, private equity, joint ventures, SPV, alliance, cross boarder transactions

Handling IPO, QIP, ESOS, vetting prospectus, listing of securities and maintain investors relationships.

Fund raising evaluation, issue of shares, bonds, debentures, warrants, equity linked instruments, derivatives, hybrid securities, deposits, rights and bonus issue, qualified institutional placement, foreign and FIIs Investment.

Merger, Amalgamation and Demerger, strategic drafting of schemes and arrangements.

Compliance and filing under RBI Act, Directions, Rules, and Norms in respect to ND-NBFC.

To Structure complex transactions according to business needs and strategy in tax and cost effective manner.

Drafting, vetting and finalization of various agreements, notices, petitions, statement, submission, opinion, and handling of legal mattes including attending courts
