Job Description : � As Chief Manager-Offshore logistics LG �ONGC (2007-09) , managed and supervised successful Implementation of tendering under e-procurement and Reverse Auctioning Process in the Offshore Logistics Group of ONGC .The reverse auctioning process resulted into multimillion dollar savings. � Formulation of Complex Global Bid Package including BEC and ICB tendering under e-procurement for award of contract for acquisision of capital goods such as marine vessels such as OSVs , ISVs , TPI, Consultants , Rate contracts , and other goods and services, in International market with supply constraints.
� Successfully represented ONGC in Arbitration Tribunal Successfully Undertaken negotiation and arbitration proceedings thus affected large saving (2008-09).
