(i) Presented a paper entitled “Stress pattern and nature of prominent faults in NW Himalaya and surroundings” in the Golden Jubilee celebration & national symposium on Developments in geophysical sciences in India, Department of Geophysics, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, November 6-8, 2003.
(ii) Presented a paper entitled “Seismicity, focal mechanisms and plate tectonics in the central Himalayan region” in the 38th Annual convention and meeting on Natural Hazards and disaster management-role of earth system sciences, IGU, Visakhapatnam, December 18-20, 2001.
(iii) Presented a paper entitled “Estimation of average return period for large earthquakes in Northwest India” in the Workshop on “Recent Earthquakes of Chamoli and Bhuj” held in the Department of Earthquake Engineering, University of Roorkee, Roorkee, during May 24-26, 2001.
(c) Project work Experience:
(i) Worked as a Senior Research Assistant in the DST Sponsored Project entitled “Digital Recording and Monitoring of Events and Seismological Investigations Associated with Earthquake Process and Hazards” at Department of Geophysics, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, since Nov.18, 2000- 20001.
(d) Instruments Handled:
(i) Solid State Recorder (SSR-I) of Kinematics, U.S.A. along with 3-component sensors for monitoring the micro earthquake activities, (ii) Wood Anderson and Electromagnetic Seismograph, (iii) Resistivity meter and Proton procession magnetometer for Electrical resistivity Sounding and Magnetic Prospecting.
Field experience during M. S(Tech):
(i) Various Geophysical Surveys such as, Gravity Method, Magnetic Method, Resistivity Method and Seismic Method have been undergone during M. Sc. (Tech) IInd year course.
(ii) Learn various geophysical and meteorological methods in Geological Survey of India, Central Ground Water Board, Remote Sensing and Indian Meteorological Department, during three weeks educational visit of Lucknow in M. Sc. (Tech) first year course.

(i) Submitted a dissertation on the topic of “Seismotectonics and EarthquakeHazards in the Indian Subcontinent” in M.Sc. (Tech) final year.
