I have excellent experience in Claim Operations, Co-ordination with Surveyors & Workshops for the Motor Claim Settlements in Delhi & Gurgaon, along with the experience of General Insurance Claims Investigations, Recovery of stolen vehicles and Client Servicing with Teamwork.

Managing daily claims operations with a dedicated claims team and a panel of surveyors for achieving claims settlements and customer service targets.

Performing claim procedures involving appointment of surveyors to assess the validity of claims.

Served as a key member of claims investigation team for effective control over the claims Assessments, Frauds, Policy conditions etc. and have successfully handled over 1350+ claims investigations in Northern Region of India.

I have always concentrated on the expectations of clients and achieved success in every assigned claim Investigation by using of my best efforts for getting the results for the complete satisfaction of the client.

I developed an excellent resource for recoveries of assigned stolen vehicles claims and achieved vehicle recovery rate of 20% in Delhi & NCR.

I achieved TAT’s that are a bench mark in the Industry. .
