Currently working as a Manager- Talent Acquisition in an executive search firm in Delhi handling recruitment in Various Sectors Like:- Civil Engineering, Construction, infrastructure, Marine, Highway, Water, Bridges and Power etc. My responsibilities as a Recruiter encompassed executive search, headhunting and recruiting individuals for various positions (Middle Level to Vice Presidents/Directors/CEO).
