•Issue Offer Letter and Appointment Order.
•Verifying educational certificates, employment testimonials, etc.
•Responsible for completion of all the joining formalities of the candidate.
•To get the forms of Provident Fund filled up from the new employees.
•Involved sending of circulars, notices and relevant information across organization on a periodic basis.
•Assist the new employee in opening the salary accounts.
•Handling all the queries related with salary slips, leaves, attendance, and reimbursements

Recruitment:
•Taking care of the whole recruitment process/cycle.

Payroll Process:
•Preparing monthly pay sheet for all the employees.
•Maintaining employee personal details and files
•Generating employee codes and providing permanent ID cards to new employee.
•Conduct Exit interviews for the employee resigning their job.
