~Ensuring all clients have spocs assigned for daily co-ordination purposes and monitoring the speedy resolution of client queries & grievances to maximize satisfaction levels.

~Collections: Making collection report, ensure a timely collection is done.
~Identifying training needs for each employee & making individual plans for upskilling employees.
~Managing Escalations: Being the escalation point for clients for operational issues & identify key pain areas which result in escalations & find ways to remove them.
~Mining: Extracting business from the existing set of clients that is through understanding the potential of each client for business & making strategy for getting additional business..
