Summary: Sachin Sandhir is the Managing Director & Country Head of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in India. RICS is the world’s leading self regulatory professional membership body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction, and has over 150,000 members in more than 146 countries practicing across 17 specializations. Prior to joining RICS India, Sachin was the CEO of a fast growing UK based knowledge process outsourcing firm, providing research and analytics solutions to global corporations. Sachin has been a part of the real estate industry for close to 14 years and has worked with leading organizations including Ansal Properties & Industries, DLF, Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj(erstwhile Chesterton Meghraj) and Helix Financial and has looked at Real estate from a Development, Consulting and Lending perspective as a part of his professional experience. Sachin has been responsible for building start up organizations and taking them through the growth phase and building scale and creating value for all stakeholders, and has done this more than a few times over the course of his professional experience.

Sachin has more than 14 years of cross functional experience working in start ups and large organizations in Business Development and Operations in the Real estate Development, Consulting and Knowledge Process Outsourcing industries. Sachin has a proven track record of building organizations and taking them through the inception & growth phase and creating substantial value for various stakeholders.
Sachin worked as a Senior Vice President at Helix Financial LLC and directed all product delivery, strategy and operations. Sachin was an integral part of Helix Financial from inception of the company and has been instrumental in the company achieving various key milestones and an excellent reputation within the Global Commercial Real estate, structured finance and investment management industries. During his tenure with Helix Financial the company grew to 200 employees spread across its delivery centre in Gurgaon, India, US and UK. Sachin was responsible for developing the company’s business principles and business strategy in consultation with the promoter group, providing strategic direction to the promoters and staff, recruitment, setting up business processes and quality systems, training of staff, institutionalizing best practices and doing everything that goes into building a world class service organization

Sachin was also responsible for the commercial success of the Retail business of DLF and headed various mall initiatives. DLF is the largest Real estate development company in India. Sachin has also worked with Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj as a Manager- Business Development. Sachin played a key role in establishing the JLLM brand in India by efficiently marketing its services.
