Currently Working as Insulation , Refractory & Fire proofing Inspector with Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCIC) RGX ,AKG 2Project – Ras Gas II Onshore Development Project ( Construction Train 6 & Train 7 ) at Ras- Laffan Industrial City Doha- Qatar ( 2007 December onwards )

More than ten years extensive working experience in India and abroad in the field of Hot & Cold insulation and protective coating of multifunctional area like oil, gas, petrochemical, construction, maintenance and excellent exposure of different work force.

Capabilities and skills:

• Proven tracks record in the field of construction Department, QA/QC Dept in the receiving inspection of materials, stage wise inspection of all type of insulation activities at site.

• Experienced in the verification of records, material inspection at fabrication shop as per standards and codes of the client.

• Can read and interpret different kinds of engineering drawings (piping isometrics, Equipment drawings, P&IDs)

• Possess basic knowledge of process plants design. Familiar with Gas plants, refineries and petrochemical.

• Good communication skills in English and capable of preparing work report, technical report, inspection reports and related documents. Can co-ordinate with client, contractor and vender respectively.

• Capable of working in computerized environment and familiar with MS word and excel.
• Experience in inspection of all type of insulation activities during in process and final as per stages in ITP.

• Ability to supervise, co-ordinate and monitor construction and maintenance activities in oil and gas, refinery and petrochemical plants. Familiar with the HSE rules and regulations followed in oil and gas industry.


• Preparation of method statement, Quality control procedure, Inspection test plan according to the clients specification and referred standards.

• Inspection of Cold insulation of Rigid Polyisocynarate foam pipe sections/segments on liquid natural gas pipe lines, Glycol water lines, BOG compressors, STV’S, HP Pumps, LND Drain drums, BOG scrubbers.

• Inspections of Hot insulation works with Ceramic wool blankets, Ceramic wool modules, Ceramic wool wet felts, Rock wool mattresses, Mineral wool mattresses for Boilers, furnace, Furnaces, ESP’S, turbo generator, Heat exchangers, storage tanks of furnace, oil, steam Drums, steam drain drums and connected ducts and steam pipe lines.

• Experience in coating/painting inspection for below & above ground piping, Tanks, Structures, Tape wrapping for valves &Fittings and Shrink Sleeve applications.

• Exposed to Destructive & Non-Destructive Testing.
