12)Handling Tours and Travel arrangements, etc.; computation /compilation of company’s professional achievement in company brochure and other architectural journals.
13)Providing high-level administrative & secretarial support involving efficient handling of top & confidential correspondence, management of document flow, attending visitors & directing various queries to relevant departments.
14)Organizing various meetings, conferences & preparation of meeting materials, agenda papers, etc.
15)Preparing annual Management Committee report & final reports of meetings.
16)Coordinating with interdepartmental as well as intradepartmental personnel for smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
17)Preparing, composing and ensuring timely responses to a variety of routine written inquiries.
