 Reduction in contracts and procurement lead time.
 Setting up departmental as well as individual performance targets.
 Long term alliance with the supplier for better terms like price and delivery schedules.
 Development of commercial terms and conditions.
 Development of procurement/contracting procedures.
 Negotiation for better terms.
 Compliance of organizational policy and procedures.
 To formulate the terms and conditions for compliance of statutory and contract laws.

Worked in the area of develop and implement lab scale, pilot scale test programs and special projects in the mineral processing operations, including, taking samples, recording, operating and analytical data.

Worked in the field of direct coordinate work performed by engineering consultant (3 consultant) and contractors (8 contractor) working on test program and upcoming projects.

I had experienced to evaluate and freeze all processes in plant operations, and recommend new technologies and potential cost-saving projects and programs.

Design freezing and procurement of all sorts of machineries, like mining equipment drilling machines, beneficiation equipments, and other related work for the concerned project.

I have worked out the economical circuit to meet the desired product demand by the Management and Marketing
