Profile Synopsis

Summary:  I have above 37 years experience in SBI in various key roles and functions, besides being in the Branch Banking at various places with variety in content and delivery.I was also exposed to Training function for over 9 years in phases, and different layers of administration of learning. I had good exposure to understand Human Behaviour at work and in Private as also community.This has led me to devote my post retirement days into educational field with a view to clearly understand and attend to cleaning of many ambiguities persisting with the PPP model currently followed at affilited colleges and Institutions engaged and resulting into the loss of confidence in the pattern practiced by some of the colleges and institutions under the Deemed Universities. .

What do I have to offer (Haves): I would be interested in working towards creating a model of Professional education which guarantees job with dignity to MBA\'s and not exploits them..

What do I seek (Wants):  I want friends who can think laterally, and share their views as well as promoting a consensus for a RESURGENT INDIA completely reoriented to its Heritage of Nalanda, Taksha Shila, & Vikramshila and hold pride of its Values, Ethos and Beliefs as Vishwa G.
