An effective leader with sound interpersonal and analytical skills and with the ability to motivate and galvanize diverse and multicultural workforce in to a well knit productive unit. Successfully directed and controlled operations of 27 engineering units/workshops in multi location situation with force strength of over 3000 engineers and technicians. Qualifications include M Tech from IIT Kanpur, PG Certificate in Business Management from MDI Gurgaon besides intensive technical and leadership training in the army. .
