My work includes complete handling of every aspect of the programme from selection of stories, input to reporters, script writing and supervision, show packaging, promos and post production supervision, coordination with assignment and with bureaus.
Developing a production team, concept of new programmes, direction of the pilots and promotion of the shows with marketing and PR are also part of the work.
I have been also given responsibility to event management of Citizen Journalist Awards and IBN7 Diamond states awards.
