Summary: Optimizing the key and critical function of organization is a continuing process and the best way to deal with them is setting short term and long term goal priority and implements them with a positive frame of mind. I like to work for organization looking for transition and having philosophy to strive for better. The strong point I have is finding the key problem rather than just looking for effects. In most of the cases it is found that either the problem is not well defined or there is no strong mind set to implement.
