Summary: Graduate in Civil Engineering, has obtained Post-graduation in Transportation Engineering and has secured Ph. D. in Civil Engineering (Urban Transportation Planning). Has good communication skills, organisational abilities and experienced in planning, organisation conduct and analysis of various traffic and transportation surveys and analysis of data. Well versed with traffic projection procedures and is well conversant with important transportation planning packages like TRIPS, UTPS etc. Has good knowledge in the usage of highway economic analysis software, HDM – IV, and also other general purpose software like MS-Office.

Presently heading business development division which is responsible for preparation of applications, expressions of interest, technical and financial proposals for projects in different sectors viz. highways, bridges, irrigation, water supply / sanitation, urban planning and infrastructure. Has dealt with projects funded by domestic and international agencies and has thorough knowledge of various stages of projects viz. project planning, feasibility studies and detailed project reports, project implementation, construction supervision and contract management. Has good knowledge of processes and procedures followed regarding bidding in government agencies. Has a broad idea of FIDIC conditions of contract which are to be followed during construction of infrastructure projects. Responsible for activities including identifying appropriate associate consultants and consultancy organisations and establish strategic alliances for winning of the new business, strengthen the company network and database in support of new business development, making winning technical and financial proposals, identifying right candidates for proposing in project teams, study and finalise MOU / JV / Association and contract agreements, project management activities..
