Summary:  My profile is to take care and look after the Implementation and Training of Clients on Ascent Matcher Software, launched by Bennet Coleman & Co Ltd., for its child company 'Times of India' and its premium recruitment brand 'Times Ascent'. Being a sophisticated Artificial Intelligence Tool and working on many proprietary technologies used by few organization around the world, an 'Implementation Consultant' trains the clients in the usage of the system and the software and reconfigures the client systems in accordance to the feasibility requirements of the Software. The job profile includes meeting the maximum customer satisfaction and taking their needs up as our main preference. Regular troubleshooting, Error reporting, Feedbacks, After-services are main roles of this job. .
