Holds a DME from CENTRAL POLYTECHNIC, CHANDIGARH, AMIE (Civil) and MIE from INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS, CALCUTTA, and an MBA in (Operations Research) from UNIVERSITY OF PUNE, INDIA. A Fellow of Institution of Quantity Surveyors, India & Member - All India Management Association.

Has rich and valuable experience of over three decades in his tenure with the Defence Services with expertise in fields of Construction Contracts & well versed in executing Engineering, HVAC, Electrical, Water Works Projects, Infrastructure Works, Buildings (Civil Engineering Projects), Maintenance & Operation, Roads/Helipads Reece & Construction, Material Procurement, Transportation & Storage, Recruitment & Training, Organizing Resources, Budgeting and Cost control for Projects and Facilities Management , Project Monitoring & Quality Control for Works in Eastern ,Northern ,Western and Central India.

In addition to his career after retirement from Services, was in Civil Sector for a decade as Project in Charge, Senior VP and Director, coordinated Design, Planning & Costing of a unique Township, and was responsible for Recruitment & Training of Staff, Planning fast track construction, Organizing approvals for High Rise, Environmental and Energy conservation aspects in Planning, Costing, Billing, Contracting, Negotiating & Execution of Infrastructure and Building Construction works. He also functioned as a Sole Arbitrator and Negotiation for Construction Projects.

Instructional Experience during his Defence & Civil Regime - as a Mechanical Equipment Officer qualified as Instructor in Earth Moving & Construction Plant and carried out up- gradation Training of Technical Personnel. As Senior Instructor at College of Military Engineering, Pune imparted education to Engineering Degree & Diploma Students in Water Supply, Construction Management and Works Planning & Procedure. During his Association with Dynamix Group & Iven Projects, conducted Training of construction site staff & organized Training with NICMAR Pune. Conducted, Guest Lectures at Institute of Electronic Governance, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
