Summary: 1. Manage accident statistics data collection and report statistics to Management and Board on a monthly basis. Issue reports for internal and external customers as and when required.
2. Assist and support Line Management and Supervision in all aspects of HSE undertaken by Construction Operations and ensure that the content and objectives of our company Health, Safety, Environmental Policies and manuals are implemented and understood by company staff.
3. Set out, agree and approve the Construction HSE Plans for our projects and proposals.
4. To give direction to construction staff and others as required and provide functional support to field HSE Officers & staffs.
5. Develop, set and implement the construction and HSE Objectives and targets.
6. Maintain HSE procedures and work practices and communicate these to all construction personnel.
7. Set up and implement a system of reviews and audits to provide assurance that the HSE management system is being implemented at our construction sites.
8. Compile, analyse and report HSE statistics in order to adequately monitor construction HSE performance.
9. Provide HSE input to proposals in conjunction with the Manager, Construction.
10. Ensure that Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment liaison is maintained with Construction Engineering, Technical Safety Group, through the HSEQ Group
11. Set up and implement IMS system of reviews and audits to provide assurance that the IMS system is being implemented at our construction sites.

12. Preparing JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS for each activities and monitor during the execution time at woking place..

2. Liaise as necessary with statutory bodies.
3. Investigate incidents and accidents as required, and formulate reports/ recommendations.
4. Participate in FWEL, OPa.
