• Involved in Trouble shooting and problem resolution on the UNIX boxes.
• Basic Unix Administration such as creating Users, security permission on systems resources.
• Using AIX ,UNIX tools (such as Topas, Vmstat, Iostat) to monitor resource utilization.
• Using Logical Volume Manager to manager storage
• Using Crontab to manage cron jobs (jobs scheduled to run by Cron deamon at regular intervals.
•Using FTP to transfer files.
