Job Description : I joined Western Coal Fields Limited as Junior Executive Trainee in July, 1980. I worked in mechanised underground mines. Long wall face development with road header, Long wall face with shearer and powered support. After promotion as Manager posted at World Bank Project. Which was also a mechanised under ground coal mine. Also worked in open cast coal mines as Manager for three years. After promotion as Dy. Chief Mining Engineer in March, 2003 I had been transferred to Bharat Coking Coal Limited. At present I am working as Project Officer of one underground coal mine and one large open cast coal mine combinedly. My present task is overall management of the project.(planning, operation, industrial relation and liasoning with various Govt. departments)
