Evaluation of Credit Applications,
Process All Loans - Pre –Screen the applications.
To ensure all documentation prior to disbursement of the loan.
Checking for the Central Bank’s Black List & giving it for processing.
Loan Disbursements and completion of Security Documentation aspects pertaining to all Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and Credit Cards.
Checking the completeness of source documents and related supporting documents, transactions, etc
Verification of company details related to listing of companies proposed by sales and management
Updating of data regarding loan applications in the system
Receiving fax documents and coordinating with sourcing units for disbursal of loans
Contributing new ideas that can increase the productivity and quality of work
Maintains quality of applications by ensuring completeness, authenticity and validity of information.
Facilitate Training to all newly joined staff.
Making Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report (MIS)
Report to Credit Initiation Unit Management.
Key responsibilities of MIS Clerk:
Conducting a daily routine of preparation of the staff error report for daily analysis for the management.
Preparing weekly reports of PAN UAE to meet the management requirements
Responsible for preparing monthly all together reports of PAN UAE & as especially TAT (Turn Around Time) report for all products.
Capable to receive & implement any responsibilities regarding the new process flow of the products assigning by the management.
Maintaining MIS and reporting to branch manager.
Handle all aspects of MIS related matters.
