Responsibilities:-
• Monitor and troubleshoot the SDH(Tellabs, Alcatel, Nortel and ECI Vendor) Equipment Fault through NMS on an ongoing basis and minimize the downtime through an immediate action in case of a breakdown
• Provision of E1’s, E3 / DS3 and VC4 circuits
• Troubleshoot on circuit like E1’s, E3 / DS3 and VC4
• Coordinate with Corporate customers to solve their technical problems
• Coordinate with Vendor for any technical support

Job Title : NMT Engineer

Department: O&M
Period: July 2002 to July 2004
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities: -
• Install and Commission of SDH equipments like STM-1, STM-4, STM-16
• Maintenance of Transmission and Non Transmission equipments
• Coordinate with GSM Operators for various activities .
