Concrete Temperature monitoring of pier column and pile cap was one of the most key assignment that was successfully completed by monitoring the heat of hydration of concrete by thermocouple and steps were taken such as proper curing was done to minimize/control the heat of hydration.

By ensuring all the construction materials being used are from the approved sources

Close monitoring of the storage conditions of materials and alerting the contractor to take corrective measurements incase of non compliance with the requirements.

Monitoring the laboratory activities and witnessing tests when required and to ensure testing is being carried out as per approved ITP and satisfies the project requirements and specifications.

Checking all the delivered materials at site for over ground stations such as structural steel, Concrete constituents, rebar, architectural materials and other building materials.

Brought to the notice of material engineer when discrepancies found or delivered materials does not comply with the requirements of approved materials such as unapproved materials/source, cutting structural steel and improper welding, painting against the requirements/specifications.

Ensuring all the works are being carried out with quality by following the approved method statements and ITP.
