 Monitoring over Routine accounting, Management & follow up of Accounts receivables, Payments of suppliers and contractors, Funds Management and monitoring of Funds flow statement.
 Treasury operations, authorisation of bank payments, Relationship management with banks under consortium funding arrangement of Rs 460 cr under EPC vertical, preparation and submission of monthly DP statement, CMA data, preparation and submission of renew proposal and enhancement of limits.
 Handling Income tax, service tax and VAT/WCT matters like submission of e-TDS return, WCT return and service tax return on periodic basis apart that preparation & submission of annual Income tax returns. Liaising with the Income tax and service tax/custom department, handing Recovery, Investigations, assessment, appeals & scrutiny matters, preparation & submission of all data, records & information as required by department.
 Construction budgeting and analysis, Project Monitoring, MIS reporting on actual cost basis and cash flow working, comparison of projected with the actual, identifying variances and remedy actions etc. Periodical performance review presentation of EPC to the board.
 Spearheading functions of setting, Implementation and review of all the systems / procedures and internal control system in EPC vertical, Identification of deficiencies & taking corrective measures.
