Profile Synopsis

Summary:  I address , in particular , Members of Delhi High Court Bar Association , of this group. Elections to Delhi High Court Bar Association will be held on 16th. December , 2011.

Now a days , every means of communication should be used to communicate and connect , so that is why I am using this medium as well .

I am contesting for the post of Honorary Secretary .

I request you to support for me and vote for me in these elections. I will send , to all the lawyers, an introduction letter , where I have in detail given my background and the reasons , as to why I have taken the decision to contest elections to the crucial post of Honorary Secretary of Delhi High Court Bar Association , which is the Premier High Court , being High Court , based in New Delhi, the Capital of India.

I am heading an upcoming boutique law firm based in New Delhi, the capital of India. Our firm has a rich experience of more than twenty two year's civil, corporate, banking & recovery, matrimonial and criminal litigation in INDIA . In 2006, both the partners were trained as a 'mediator' and since then, the firm has taken up ADR & mediation practice in a big way. Mr. M.S.Oberoi has went on to become a ' trainer ' not only for court annexed mediation centre run by Delhi High Court , known as - Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre but also trained as 'mediator' and trainer by none other than CEDR ( Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, London, UK ) and is also accredited as a mediator to CEDR. Our's is perhaps , the first law firm whose partner is trained in science and art of mediation by a respected world wide body - Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, London, United Kingdom. Has visited Salt Lake City in Utah, USA in second week of May , 2011 in connection with upgrading mediation skills and attending training programs - learn the US way of mediating , thereafter visited, Las Vegas, Los Angeles , New York, London .With Regards,
