Job Description : Business Head – Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities

Role – To lead the designated business unit and handle the over all operations in a most efficient and economic manner. He will be the business head/ Profit center head for that particular business unit. It will be his responsibility to co ordinate with corporate office on various accounts.

Responsibilities –
• Head the company business all over Maharashtra & Goa (except Mumbai) and guide the entire team in the execution of the projects.
• Procure local approvals and liaison with concerned authorities.
• Ensure the economic discipline
• Look after general administration
• Lead the marketing & sales team to generate the revenues and returns on company’s investments.
• Ensure the monthly MIS
• Ensure the best of employee practices and other corporate governance to locally
• Ensure the company’s interest is being protected in case of any legal issues get cropped up during the execution of the business.
• Follow the guidelines issued by the senior management in all respects and keep giving the correct feedback to the senior management from the business territory.

• Assist in Land acquisition activity at various cities in Maharashtra & Goa as per company’s policy.
• Concept design, planning, appointment of consultants will be corporate functions. BH to be the part of the team deciding on the above.
• Lead the team in Corporate, Marketing & Sales activities
• Support the corporate in the PR, Marketing and Branding of the company.
• Coordinate with Corporate HR for talent acquisition and retaining.
