Job Description : Role: Within the Cash Management department, customers are allocated to teams, taken into account the size and business specifics of the respective customers. The Customer Team Executive - Cash Management is responsible to accurately and timely execute customer specific and approved payments instructions on behalf of a customer. Accounting and Reporting for all cash movements to the respective Manager with the additional responsibilities of Vendor Payments

• Preparing/Updating Payments and forecasting excel spreadsheets (Cash Flow Statement).

•Accounting for payments and receipts in SAGE (SAGE Line 500 client v6.0)

•Bank account reconciliation (payments & receipts)

•Setting-up and maintain up-to-date master data in on-line banking System Deutsche Bank-Direct Internet Banking

•Setting-up, execute and authorize Foreign Currency payments

•Monitoring, recording and follow-up for approved payments to ensure receipt Remittance advise to the customers - Treasury information collection and reporting/forecast

•Consolidation of approved and executed payments on a daily basis

•Follow up on receivable by email and phone calls to customers where recoveries are not received on time. Maintaining recovery report and aged reports.

•Setting-up and maintenance of accounts for new (and existing) CM customers

•Reply to all mails within TAT for customers/agents queries graciously and handle situation thoughtfully.
