Summary: Experience Well over 37 years through work as:-

June 1972 onwards Sales Representative/Supervisor in Sarabhai’s Marketing Division with the responsibility of ensuring achievement of sales targets of famous household consumer goods and OTC pharmaceutical products in the state of Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi.

April 1982 onwards Sales Officer in Geep Industrial Syndicate, with responsibilities of supervising a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and sales promotion of dry batteries and torches in Rajasthan state. Was responsible for monitoring depot functions, and reporting to Sales Manager.

Jan 1983 onwards Sales Officer in Vardhaman Spinning Mills Ltd, reputed for its cotton yarn and vardhaman sewing threads sold as any as any competitive brand consumer products in the state of Delhi and parts of Haryana. I was controlling a team of Sales force in these states and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Sept 1989 onwards Worked with Population Services International as Territory Sales Manager in Delhi, controlling Sales force, deployment, training expansion of distribution channel, sales promotion co-ordination and achievement of desired sales targets. Also handled independent work relating to liaison activities in Delhi.

March 1991 onwards As Sales/Marketing Manager with Haryana Meters , manufacturing power meters at NOIDA. I was looking after the Dealers network in the state of UP and Delhi.

July 1992 onwards As Area Sales Manager with Dharampal Satyapal NOIDA,
dealing in consumer products like perfumed chewable tobacco products by the brand name TULSI and was responsible for marketing and sales operation in the entire state of Gujarat.

June 1994 onwards As Marketing Manager with Somnath foods, Jamnagar manufacturing pickles, ketchups etc. by the brand name DAVAT and I was responsible for the entire sales and marketing operations of the products initially in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

April 1995 onwards As Sales Manager with Madhur Food Products Ltd, Ahmedabad and was responsible for the entire sales operations and depot monitoring in the state of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, assisted by a team of sales force. Was reporting to Gen. Manager Marketing.

August 1996 onwards As Regional Sales Manager (West) with Miten Marketing Pvt Ltd., an all India consumer product marketing organization based at Ahmedabad. I was looking after the sales operations in the state of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Feb 1998 onwards till 1st may 2009 as Senior Sales Manager with a reputed service oriented organization with all India network based at Ahmedabad. Handling 20 branches with responsibilities of complete sales operations, customer services department, promotional activities and administrative functions.


My goal is to continiously and consistently strive to achieve the set objectives with dedication and persuasive in approach in order to be recognised and rewarded for the efforts and contribution towards the organisation. Not to compromise on integrity and honesty and be true to yur approach..There is no retiring age but it is the mindset which makes a person retire as well as by the organisation.
