Summary: 1st Generation Entrepreneur eyeing for Investors to invest for the Business Plan on the concept of Open Hybrid Channel.
The idea is to create a platform to bridge virtual world! and real world!! to achieve effective and efficient system/channel. In lay man’s term bridging knowledge or rather intelligence in tangible(Products) and intangible(Service) form to its user making three of us the user, the intellect source and the platform/channel/bridge as company/organization benefiting ultimately the Society by large.
!Virtual World- A set of population who has spending capacity more than consumption appetite, access to all available technologies, consume leisure across the globe and opportunities are at their disposal. It include high class and higher middle class population
!!Real World- A set of population who has appetite for consumption more than spending capacity and who struggle for survival on daily basis. It includes middle middle class, lower middle class, poor.
Here, we termed virtual world to a population having abundance of resources earning well for them but not for masses the real world, we termed it and the reason is limited efficiency and effectiveness of resources they have; that is the GAP which we want to address. Thus, we are proposing a channel which will blend existing channels to increase productivity of it and distributing benefits to masses in terms of availability of resources at their disposal at affordable price.
Further we need to understand, The Intellect has its price not affordable to common man, micro, small and medium enterprises etc. actually which he/it require. Affordability is less both in terms of volume (Qualitatively) and numbers (Quantitatively) as we are concern; appetite*, ignorance**, monetarily because of lack of connecting interface. Creating a situation of limited application of intellect or say wastage of intelligence or leakage of brain or brain drain whatever term you can coin for it, in an economy especially 3rd world countries.
* Quest for knowledge to complete work smarter.
** Lack of awareness
It is not that, there is no channel in existence. Of course there is, The first and foremost channel is of Government, widely accepted, distributed and penetrated but have its own technical, procedural system limitation. However, it is there as more of enforcement as statuary obligations being a part of law of land rather than catering requirement or/ and serving purpose for which actually it is designed.
Secondly, there are channels of great companies but they are limited to their usage, objectives only. Also, not affordable to large part of population. Being dedicated channel/s itself is/are costly affair for their owners. But the beauty of system is that, the cost of the channel is to be borne by end user/consumer only ultimately economy by large. Which again create a situation to a limited application THE GAP about which we are talking?
Thus, the need of the hour is to develop and/ or many open and independent channels; which we have termed as OPEN HYBRID CHANNEL of individuals & organizations etc. where every channel point should be at win win situation, necessary for survival and sustenance of The said Channel. Reducing friction in the way of growth for the individuals or/ and group of individuals or/and organizations associated with us or not. This need is the basis of “Business Plan\\\\\\\".
So, the objectives of Business Plan are to achieve and own the said Channel. The owner ship is for the maintenance of the said channel for its very purpose of existence beneficial for all stake holders.
Thus, one may consider that, as the business idea is to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of the existing business systems by concept of OPEN HYBRID CHANNEL based on the surplus available to Virtual World and passing the benefit of efficient and effective channel to Real World for their personal and professional development. In return it will add economic value to the Virtual World. A necessary for sustainability of the Economy as whole. .
