Summary:  I always willing to take calculated risks and posses a deep understanding of how to utilize combination of managerial skills, network of contacts and technology in order to deliver enterprise solution that meet requirement of the business. I am a driven and focused individual who knows how to set goals and work to achieve them.

I started my career in 1985 as Geologist in Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd. a Govt. of India company. I was in the exploration fields continuously for 14 years at different levels including Project Manager. I have worked in many Geological and Mineral bearing fields of the country in various states.

Due to natural leadership abilities and strong business acumen, I had an opportunity to work with top management of the company for more than 6 years as a Business Development & Commercial Manager.

Since Feb 2005 to Sept.2009 I was with Gemfields (India) Pvt. Ltd. a 100%Subsidiary of British MNC, as HoD, Business Development, reporting to the Chairman of the company. I was responsible for Business Development in Mineral Resources and Commercial activities at national & international level.

Since Sept 2009 onward I am with Ispat Industries Ltd. as General Manager (Geology) .
