Summary: Brief Biography :
Experience in profession : Practicing as Advocate since 1995. I had dealt with the matters relating to Cyber, Civil, Criminal, Labour, Workmen Compensation, Consumer, Matrimonial, MACT, DRT, Service matters - Defence & Para-military, and during these proceedings and have made appearances before Supreme Court, High court of Delhi, Adjudicating Officer, District Courts, Tribunals, State Commission, Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Judicial & quasi-judicial bodies.

Project/Research : During my PGITM-EC (MBA Programme in Electronic Data Interchange/ Electronic Commerce), Researched & authored two Project/ Research works/ case studies viz. case study on the electronic commerce and electronic governance and its effects on new economic world order vis-à-vis corporate world in Indian context and case study to understand probable effects of cyber terrorism on new economic world order vis-à-vis corporate world in Indian context titled :
(a) "e-COMMERCE, e-GOVERNANCE, INTERNET - ADMINISTRATIVE & LEGAL FRAMEWORK/ INFRASTRUCTURE FOR EDI/E-COMMERCE AND CYBER TRADING"
(b) "CYBER TERRORISM - A POTENTIALTHREAT".

Litigation pending before the Adjudicating Officer, Haryana with respect to cyber fraud.

Rendering legal advise to Counsels (including Public Prosecutor) regarding various aspects relating to Cyber Law with respect to its application.

Actively rendering Cyber Law advise to litigants, students, public person both electronically and in chamber

Rendered opinion about doing away with the sole control and authority of US in ICANN in distribution of Domains to the body under United Nations control thereby checking dominance of US.

Rendered opinion and suggestion in Proposed Amendments to Information Technology Act 2000.

Rendered Opinion on Threat to the National Security by GOOGLE by posting photographs & maps of vital defence installations – an offence under Indian Laws.
