o Ashok Leyland and Telco to Vehicle Factory Jabalpur for manufacturing of 5/7.5 Ton Stallion and 2.5 Ton Tata Vehicles.
o Quality assurance of Vehicles,18000 Nos, Valued at approximately Rs 175 Crores
o DRDO to Ordnance Factories for Medium Girder Bridge, Rifle and LMG 5.56.
o Import of various equipment to include technical advice in finalization of contract and pre-delivery inspection in the country of origin.
Instrumental in guiding execution, monitoring & control and operation & maintenance of Engineering Projects including Civil Works, Utilities like Water Supply, Electric Supply, Static Plants, Air Conditioning (Window, Split, Package and Central) and Arboriculture.
Played a pivotal role in monitoring supply chain management for a task force of 700 men & Rs. 50 Crores worth equipment at Top Secret Nuclear Site at Pokharan.
o It included procurement from all over India, storage in warehouse 220 k.m. away from site and timely delivery at site.
Successfully monitored the operation, maintenance & servicing of river going vessels of Army located at Guwahati and Calcutta worth approx. Rs. 100 crores.

Carried out the audits for existing systems / processes in 4 Ordnance Factories and recommended for streamlining the processes of production, in multi technology environment.

Dexterously mentored the team for successful indigenous development & improvement of imported 165 BHP Schottel Propulsion System used by inland water transport (IWT) units of Army through reverse engineering.
Delivered a paper which was published in Institution of Military Engineers, Journal, in Sep’79, on the subject, ‘Propulsion System for Vessels of Inland Water Transport Units of Indian Army’
o It won Second best article for the year award.
o The system has been indigenously mass produced by DRDO in 2004 for Army.
