• Supported a variety of Government Contractor Clients by sourcing and placing candidates for projects working with such Government Agencies as the DoE, DoJ, DIA, DoT, DoD, DHS, and FBI.
• Sourced for Client Job Opportunities requiring Government Clearances including Secret, Top Secret, Q Clearance, TS.SCI, and Full-Scope Poly Clearances.
• Performed job analyses, developed functional job descriptions, determined and reviewed salaries in comparison with labor market and provided information to upper management for internal personnel career development
• Sourced, Screened and completed all new hire paperwork including reference checks for Client Hires.
• Helped establish company policies and procedures for recruiting processes.
• Negotiated Salary and Benefit packages for Client Hires including, sign on bonuses, and Contractor Benefit Adjustments.
• Assisted the business department with different government and federal proposal’s bids. To include but not limited to, pricing, market research and providing human power.
