Founder & Manager of Mediasoft Communication ltd (1985 1996)
Mediasoft Communication made a major breakthrough on the French market by introducing, in 1985 the first electronic market place for terrestrial freight carriers, and always distinguished itself by proposing innovative solutions at the articulation between business and IT.

Project experience
Since end of 1996, Pascal Rodmacq has been an Independent IT consultant, dealing mainly with large technological projects. Pascal gained a huge experience in technical project management, IT alignment, change management and operations management in companies like BP, UMG, ARKEMA, COGNIS, FAIVELEY, among others.

Consulting experience
Since a few years Pascal developed an activity of generalist consultant for medium business with the special focus to commit IT to value creation for the business, Knowledge Management and Change Management.
