Job Description : Responsible for Business Development & Resouring.
I am responsible for introducing and implementation of policies and procedures. I am also actively involved in R&D so as to provide the Clients with innovative Recruitment Services and help the clients to improve their Recruitment practices. The Uni-Lar liaison person and trains managers on Uni-Lar which is UMS’s in-house developed database management system. I am also actively involved in Top Management sourcing, Head Hunting and client interactions.

Responsible for the Client Invoicing in India, disbursement of proceeds to individual verticals upon collection from Invoices, credit control and all other operational aspects of running the business.
