PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
A professional having approx 30 years of total experience with last 20 years in all aspects of HR consulting & services. Turned entrepreneur with Fineman Consulting as one of the stake holders, practically being the main full time paid director. Successfully grown to a team of 40+, spread across the country through a unique franchise model. FineMan grew at a gradual pace, setting up multiple HR service verticals, catering to a very large clientele. However, it had to abruptly close down its operations due to some major internal misunderstandings & back firing. Started 2nd innings with HCap, trying to re-establish & carrying forward the vision & goals of FineMan.

Focusing & managing Global Executive Search, headhunting, staffing/ placements using various Psychometric tools & instruments; Training & Development; Executive counseling & coaching. Can be looked as a single point of contact for anything related to PSYCHOLOGY. .
