Job Description : Material data management through MARIAN system, material receiving, issuing, stock maintenance and material expediting in Marian system.
Supervise material receiving, segregation, checking, inspection, preparation of MRR, OSD and Material Expediting from the head office and the Vendor.
Evaluation of stock levels, ensuring optimum level of stock and co ordination of shipments .
Arrange inspection of material with reference documents and monitoring of Material Receiving Reports and co-ordinate with the field quality group.
Reduce cost for the better utilization of resources.
Examine the accuracy of shipment invoices, and communication with the concerned persons in different countries.
Making detail report on the received and non received materials
Follow up shipments to other stores. And make necessary arrangements.
Planning of material storage and preservation.
Confirming & monitoring OS&D reports for overage, shortage and damage.
Preparation of control register through MARIAN System, and preparation of DRS, MDS, preparation of PROPS, PMSR and other documents
