 M.Tech (Comm. & Radar Engg) from IIT, Delhi.
 Over 3 decades of extensive experience with Defence Electronics Research Laboratory, DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Hyderabad encompassing R&D, Electronic System Design, Reliability Engineering and Quality Management through ISO 9000 & Technology Transfer ,Disaster Recovery Management. Last associated at Director Grade II, Scientist ‘F’.
 Successfully established, implemented Quality Management System (QMS) covering project / programme management, technology development, various Engg support activities viz CAD/CAM, EMI/EMC, Env. Engg, Instrumentation, ATML, Reliability, Quality Assurance, Value Engg and administrative/ management activities.
 Hold the distinction of devising result-oriented measures for improving yield & quality of products.
 An excellent communicator with proven ability to render effective services to clients. Have served Indian Army, Indian Navy, Air Force and other Govt./ Pvt. Sector organizations.

WORK EXPERIENCE
June 2007-Till date: Working as Advisor QA/Head Tech Support in MELSS (Murugappa Electronics Systems and Services) Chennai

June 1975 to October 2006 with Defence Electronics Research Laboratory (DLRL), DRDO, Min of Defence, Hyderabad; Relieved on VRS as Scientist 'F' (Director Grade II)

The Key Deliverables;

Product Development Initiatives
 Managing product development project activities such as development of design, acquiring machines, critical equipments, securing specifications from clients.
o Have executed various projects on Electronic Warfare Systems for services viz Army, Navy and Air force.
o Offered resources to Indian Army/ navy, Air Force and various Govt./ Public/ Private sector agencies and earned revenue to Central Govt.
 Coordinating with foreign agencies for technology transfers for smooth running of projects.
 Planning & organizing resources for reliability engineering; thereby accomplishing highest level of effectiveness.
 Interfacing with customers for attaining product approvals as per their specifications.
 Assisting the customers in rectifying the product defects.
 Training subordinates to enhance their professional skills.
