Summary: Experience
1. Total experience of 31 years as officer in a Public Sector Bank. Besides handling various operational areas, headed branches in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, New Delhi and Gujarat. Recently retired as Chief Manager. Worked as a trainer in Bank’s Zonal Training units at Lucknow and Jaipur for around 8 years. Handled various General Banking areas.

2. Worked at Bank’s apex training set up at Ahmedabad for 4 years as senior faculty member and training coordinator. Academic areas handled were Induction Programmes for Probationary Officers, Bank Marketing, Retail Banking, Behavioural Science, Audit, etc.

3. Other experience at Staff College included:
o Course designing, syllabus updation, content development
o Faculty Development programmes
o Coordination of training activity of the bank through 13 training units, including Training Calendar, Budget
o ISO certification activities


Other information Have attended various Trainers Training programmes in Sales and Marketing, General Banking, Risk Based Internal Audit, etc. in institutes of repute like National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) Pune, RBI’s Bankers Training College (BTC) Mumbai, Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD) Lucknow. As part of the core group of trainers, received intensive training in Core Banking Solution at Infosys, Bangalore

Besides regular in-house training programmes, have conducted various locational training programmes in the areas of Marketing, Retail Banking, Branch Managers Orientation and Core Banking Solution. Conducted special CBS training programme at London for the officials of Bank’s all branches functioning in UK..
