Asst General Manager- Sep 2007 to May 2009, I found good opportunity in Punjab; I have joined Cargo Group as an AGM. It’s large group of automobiles, Hospitality, Logistics, Constrictions business. I looked all of six braches of cargo group in Punjab (Amritsar, Batala, Pathankot, Nawashahar, Philour), and Managing good and extra knowledge in Service with dealer management and finally give excellent performance with customer Satisfaction. Then I also tie-up with Air force station and BSF vehicles(Fire truck and Medical van and also service van) I have completed the KAIZEN & ISO-9001-2008 in all of three branches in Punjab with Mr. S. Prabhakaran and Mr. R Panse. After Excellent performance our director Mr. S.K. Aggarwal was promoted to me as a Business Manager (Allied Business) Technical, then I looked all of recon business and AMC and extra business of Power Steering (Rane). In that time I am touching all of (Mr. Subir Viswas (Head Recon), Mr. Rajeev Sharma (RM), Mr. B.K. Jain (AMC), Prashant Pandita (AMC A/c) etc.) That’s time is more important for me. But I am facing lot of problem with my family so I have given the resignation from Cargo Motors,

When I have joined SB Cars I was looking only two location (Fazalganj-Orai) but right now we have four location (Fazalganj-Orai-Kalyanpur-Unnao). These improvements are most important for me and some for company. Again I try for new two location for open Outlet at UP. Right Now we have 170 staff and all team perfect and result orientation. But that I am not stop. .
