Summary: • 1983. Began career with the New Zealand Army after graduating from Massey University with Honours in Industrial & Organisational Psychology
• Served as a Field Psychologist on a range of assignments in New Zealand and overseas including tours of duty in Singapore, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, Fiji and Bahrain
• 1994. Joined Telecom New Zealand in 1994, serving in senior HR Development and Capability management roles with engagement at executive level and development of business to employee technology capabilities
• 2001. Became an independent consultant providing services in organisational development
• 2003. Recruited by the Asian Development Bank in Manila, Philippines to review and develop the Bank's HR Strategy and capability frameworks. Also supported capacity building and institutional strengthening initiatives at headquarters and in the field as part of the Bank’s operational missions in developing member countries
• 2005. Returned to New Zealand to continue the development of consulting practice which has evolved into a blend of local and international assignments working with leaders on capability, capacity and organisational strengthening.
