• Responsible for timely checking & Correcting of monthly RA bills submitted by Contractor, Purchase requisition MDN and MRN and its bills to be sent to Accounts department for further Payment to the vendors
• Heading the Facility Department to facilitate the facility to the customers in handing over the flats & its Maintenance till the defects liability period
• Monitoring of Resources deployed by Contractor and taking the progress review meeting to ascertain the timely completion of projects on weekly basis.
