Summary: Was employed with Cricinfo.com (an ESPN Company and a largest sports website for cricket) for more than 6 years, taking care of India operations with regard to Finance, Accounting, Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliances, Secretarial matters and Office Administration. Cricinfo is such a wonderful company where I enjoyed every single day of mine.

Then, joined Agriya Infoway Private Ltd as CFO / Director to head the activities as listed above. Agriya is an eight year's old software company and has been profitably running since inception and growing well in terms of sales and head- count. It proves to be one of the top rated service-providers in the open source technology.

Currently, employed as the CFO / Director of Cogzidel Consultancy Services. Apart from taking care of these regular functions, I run an operation unit which focuses on client-servicing in the areas of Accounting functions, Secretarial services, Incubation services, Staffing solutions, Fund-raising advisory etc to SMEs..
