� Formulation, Checking, Implementation and Control of MIS and regular Management Reports generation.
� Spearheading Internal Audit procedures.
� Formulation of Budgets, Working Capital, Cash Flows and Analyzing Deviations against Benchmarks and Controlling deviations.
� Planning and monitoring Capital Expenditure Plans and new Cost Control Initiatives.
� Knowledge in indirect taxes like Excise, Sales Tax, Vat and S.T Issues.
� Overall knowledge of Local and International Procurement of Raw Materials and Cost Analysis of raw materials, working in progress and finished products.
� Capital Budgeting, new project analysis and long term Strategic Plans.
� Creating Key Performance Indicators (TPM Japan), process improvements through identifying and leveraging best practices across the Department.
� Implimentation of Business Intelligence Modalities with Deloite.
� Insurance underwriting and Claims, Refund Claims from Customs, Central Excise. Service Tax.
� Railway Freight Controls and Refunds.
� Negotiating and issuing Works Contracts to Suppliers and Service Providers. .
