Profile Synopsis

Summary: Born in Chennai (India), I was brought in a typical middle class south Indian family. My parents always wanted me to be good in my academics & find out a good job. But I was neither good in studies nor I was interested in taking a job. After completing my graduation I founded a company called Agriya Technologies in 2000 to be rechristened a year later to Agriya Infoway Pvt. Ltd.


After having eight years stint I quit that company owing to strategic differences. I founded Cogzidel Technologies a Technology company concentrating mainly on Web-solutions and has 42 people working as of today with good client-base. Within a year of inception CT has two well established open-source under belt.


During the same period I founded another company Cogzidel Consultancy Services a company which specializes on Business Solutions, Business Process Consulting, Business Process Management & Management Consulting services. This specific service is a gap which I faced during my first venture and it has paid off well. CCS gives me pleasure by offering services which benefits startups and am happy to see small business and startup coming up in the ladder.


At present my responsibilities are Peparing Marketing Strategies for CT & CCS, Creating Strategies for forming Alliances for CCS, Visualizing Product Line for CT, Heading HR division for CCS & CT, Managing Group’s Portals and more. So far I’ve been successful and happy to see my efforts reaping fruits in short time..

01 Sep 2000 – Agriya Technologies a partnership firm was started in my drawing room.

01 Apr 2001 – Moved to Oil Godown of Mr.Shunmugavel & was surviving on some small local projects.

01 May 2001 – Agriya recruits its first Employee for a monthly salary of $10.

31 Oct 2001 – Agriya got its first Foreign Project worth $50.

03 Dec 2001 – Was registered as a Private Limited company, Agriya Technologies was rechristened to Agriya Infoway Pvt. Ltd. With 5 Foreign Clients & Agriya becomes a 100% EOU.

16 Sep 2002 – Agriya moves to its own rented Apartment with a team size of 8. Created a niche for itself.

25 Feb 2003 – Got clients from all continents America, Africa, Asia, Europe, and Asia-Pacific in the same month.

16 Sep 2004 – Moved to a commercial complex in hear of Chennai with a team size of 35+.

02 Mar 2005 – Started to implement process and make Agriya into a Professional Software Development & Consulting Company.

20 Sep 2005 – Started a branch in Bangalore, India.

30 Nov 2005 – Mr.Alistair Milne invests in Agriya & comes in as a Director.

03 Dec 2005 – Agriya Europe Limited Established.

03 Jun 2006 – Agriya makes itz first acquisition SmarterScripts.com a famous site which sells Products based in CGI Scripts.

31 Aug 2006 – Agriya Inc incorporated in Delaware.

23 Nov 2006 – Thinking back and writing this milestone.

01 Aug 2008 - Sold my stakes & Resigned to concentrate on Business Incubation. .
